These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are entered into by and between Helpen Pets INC ("Company," "we," or "us") and you, the affiliate ("Affiliate," "you," or "your"). By participating in the Helpen Pets Affiliate Program ("Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not participate in the Program.

1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program:

1.1 To become an Affiliate, you must submit an application through our designated portal, providing accurate and complete information.

1.2 We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate content, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities:

2.1 As an Affiliate, you agree not to engage in advertising for Helpen Pets products. This includes but is not limited to, paid search, display advertising, and sponsored content.

2.2 You will only use marketing materials provided by Helpen Pets to promote our products and services. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

2.3 You agree to conduct yourself in a manner that reflects positively on Helpen Pets and its brand.

2.4 You are responsible for ensuring your promotional activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Commission and Tracking:

3.1 For each sale made through your unique affiliate link, you will earn a commission of 15% of the total purchase price, excluding taxes, shipping, and handling fees.

3.2 The tracking cookie duration is 30 days. This means that if a customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking your affiliate link, you will still receive a commission for that sale.

3.3 Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold set by Helpen Pets. If your earned commissions do not meet this threshold, they will be carried over to the next month.

4. Free Products and Exposure:

4.1 As part of the Program, you may receive free products from Helpen Pets. These products are provided for promotional purposes and should not be resold or used for personal gain.

4.2 Helpen Pets reserves the right to feature your promotional content on our company-owned channels, including but not limited to our website, social media platforms, and email newsletters.

5. Marketing Materials:

5.1 Helpen Pets will provide marketing materials, such as banners, images, and product descriptions, to assist your promotional efforts. These materials are for authorized use only and should not be altered or modified without our consent.

6. Help and Support:

6.1 The Helpen Pets partnership team is available to assist you with any questions, concerns, or technical issues related to the Program. Please contact us through the designated communication channels provided.

7. Termination:

7.1 Either party may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason by providing written notice to the other party.

7.2 Helpen Pets reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program immediately if you violate any of these Terms or engage in fraudulent or unethical activities.

8. Modification of Terms:

8.1 Helpen Pets reserves the right to modify or update these Terms anytime. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the Program will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law:

9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

By participating in the Helpen Pets Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
