Do you offer Exchanges / Returns?
Helpen Pets is committed to your satisfaction. If an item doesn’t fit your needs within 30 days from purchase, feel free to initiate a return or exchange process by emailing us at hello@helpenpets.com and we will take care of the rest! All items must be unused, in resalable condition and in their original packaging for returns/ exchanges; When exchanging, Helpen Pets covers the cost of return shipping. If you would like to return an item, no worries! We can email you a shipping label and deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund, or you can purchase a shipping label yourself. When the item is received at our warehouse, the refund will be made to the original payment method.
